Economy Grid T-Shirt Quilts
Economy Grid T-Shirt Quilts have a grid layout but there is no fabric between the blocks. They have one outer border.
Economy Grids have every shirt sized to the same size. The biggest logo dictates the size of everything. 15” is the normal size for the blocks with 16” generally as the maximum size. This is a great way to get a lot of items into a quilt in a more economical way.
Economy Grid Pricing
Economy Grid Quilts are priced by the quilt size and number of pieces, not the size of the blocks. Sometimes the outside top or bottom border may need to be larger or smaller than the sides in order to fit the bed. Major modifications, extra patches, adding backs, etc. are $5 each.

THROW - 2X3 grid, 6 shirts: Labor - $150, Fabric - $60, Batting - $20 = $230
LARGE THROW - 3x4 grid, 12 shirts: Labor - $240, Fabric - $75, Batting - $25 = $340
TWIN - 4x5 grid, 20 shirts: Labor - $400, Fabric - $90, Batting - $25 = $515
XL TWIN - 4x6 grid, 24 shirts: Labor - $470, Fabric - $100, Batting - $25 = $595
FULL - 5x6 grid, 30 shirts: Labor - $550, Fabric - $110, Batting - $25 = $685
QUEEN (first option), 5x5 grid, 25 shirts: Labor - $490, Fabric - $120, Batting - $30 = $640
QUEEN (second option) - 6x6 grid, 36 shirts: Labor - $650, Fabric - $120, Batting - $30 = $800
KING (first option) - 6x6 grid, 36 shirts: Labor: $670, Fabric - $140, Batting - $30 = $840
KING (second option) - 7x7 grid, 49 shirts: $880, Fabric - $140, Batting - $30 = $1050
